I-ology®, Inc. Continues Market Growth With Key Customer Wins
I-ology to Maximize Return on Client Web Investment;
Proven Track Record Across Multiple Market Sectors Key to Landing New Deals
SCOTTSDALE, AZ - July 2, 2004 - I-ology®, Inc., a leading Internet strategy firm, today announced the signing of three new clients: First Arizona Savings, HealthCare Dimensions, and Spa Parts Plus. With these most recent acquisitions, I-ology continues its impressive market growth rate across multiple industry sectors that include, among others, associations and nonprofits, commercial and residential development, healthcare, hospitality and tourism, professional services, and software and technology.
Specifics on the customer wins announced today include:
- First Arizona Savings, a full-service Arizona-based community bank, has been part of the Arizona landscape since 1988. Headquartered in North Scottsdale, First Arizona has branches serving the communities of Glendale, Kingman, Bullhead City, Lake Havasu City and Fort Mohave. The bank offers a portfolio of products and services designed to address any financial need, ranging from mortgage loans, to savings, CDs and other investment opportunities, to checking accounts for personal and business transactions. First Arizona turned to I-ology to help establish a new, dynamic and innovative Internet brand identity, to drive site traffic, to showcase its extensive mix of banking offerings, to increase the usage rate of its online banking service, and to decrease the cost of sales. I-ology is providing First Arizona with a comprehensive Web site design and development program. The site is scheduled to be launched in the early July timeframe.
- HealthCare Dimensions (HCD) is a national company that promotes health through unique physical activity programs and venues. HCD manages and sells its programs to large consumer groups such as health insurance companies, and many of their programs are targeted to specific populations such as older adults. HCD's signature offering is the SilverSneakers® Fitness Program, the nation's leading fitness program designed exclusively for seniors. As of June 2004, 25 health plans in 15 states offer the SilverSneakers Fitness Program at no additional cost to over 1.4 million Medicare-eligible members through a network of over 600 contracted fitness centers and class sites. Currently, HCD is evaluating a range of I-ology services, including Web site design and interactive development, online marketing, and hosting.
- Spa Parts Plus, established in 1986, has been the leader in the spa and hot tub replacement parts business for over a decade. Located in Prescott Valley, Arizona, Spa Parts Plus employs a team of more than 45 people who distribute a variety of over 15,000 parts to customers throughout the United States and Canada. Their catalogs are distributed at no cost to approximately 15,000 dealers and repair technicians annually. Known for their commitment to customer satisfaction and dedication to excellence, they have been awarded the National Spa & Pool Institute's "Eagle Award" for outstanding service to the industry, the only company of its kind to have been a recipient of this honor. Spa Parts is looking to I-ology to help grow revenues, expand their vast product offering, and convert more offline customers to online ordering. To this end, I-ology will be developing a strategic, broad-based Internet plan that includes Web site design and development, online marketing, and hosting services. The official launch of the newly designed sites is slated for the third quarter of 2004.
"Clients serious about implementing a sound Internet strategy are looking for vendors with a proven track record of results across a variety of market segments," said Trish Bear, I-ology president and CEO. "Since our inception, I-ology's formula for success has been built on demystifying the complexity of the Web and delivering improved and measurable returns from our clients' Web investment. We are pleased to be working with First Arizona Savings, HealthCare Dimensions, and Spa Parts Plus and to be assisting them in driving tangible, long-term business growth."
