I-ology®, Inc. CEO Trish Bear Joins Western Security Bank Board of Directors
SCOTTSDALE, AZ - April 26, 2004 - I-ology®, Inc., a leading Internet strategy firm, today announced that its president and chief executive officer, Trish Bear, has joined the Western Security Bank board of directors. Western Security is the oldest and largest locally-based independent bank in Maricopa County.

Prior to founding I-ology and quickly driving it to market success, Ms. Bear received a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Arizona State University in 1995. She went on to manage the commercial Web services division of GlobalCenter, a provider of commercial Web site hosting, design and development, which was acquired by the publicly held company Global Crossing in 1998. She has also worked with Italian businesses ESSO, First Italian Leather Factory, and La Esso Italian; and German companies Allianze Aktiengesellschaft Holding, and Marblo Company; as well as with other international companies.
Under her leadership, I-ology has experienced exponential revenue growth since its inception and has ended every year profitable. It has built a worldwide client base and has been recognized for achievements in growth and excellence multiple times including being ranked as Arizona's fastest-growing woman-owned business for two consecutive years and being named as one of the 50 fastest-growing technology firms by the Phoenix Business Journal. Ms. Bear was also named a top Young Entrepreneur by bizAZ Magazine.
Ms. Bear serves on the board of directors of the Arizona Technology Council. She is a member of both The Executive Committee, a worldwide association of chief executive officers that serves to operate as an extended board of directors to local, national and international companies, and the Arizona Business Leadership organization, where she interacts monthly with other C-level executives to discuss the Arizona business climate and growth opportunities. Most recently, she has become a mentor for the ASU W.P. Carey School of Business.
